Another school shooting in the U.S.–this time in the city just voted the safest in Florida—Parkland. Seventeen people were killed and 15 were wounded. Only 45 days into 2018 and there has already been eight school shootings that have resulted in injury or death—and these don’t count the number of times a gun was discharged but no one was hurt.

Our security guards see and stop violent behavior every day, but security guards and police can’t be everywhere. It’s up to all of us as a society to demand real change take place—so that disturbed individuals are not able to carry out these horrible acts on the innocent.
